DELIVERY COSTS

To calculate the cost of delivery, simply enter the items in your shopping cart.

You'll need to enter the country, state/province and zip code.

The system will calculate delivery costs without commitment and types available in your area.

If you buy more products, shipping will be combined and you pay only once, saving.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

To insure the goods, departing from the warehouses of Toppin Store, at 100% of its value you must flag "add shipping insurance to your order" during the confirmation of the order.

In order not to lose the right to replacement or refund in the event of transport damage, it is essential to check the status of packages and report any anomaly on the transport document "signature with reservation", before you sign it and deliver it to the carrier.

If the report signed by the consignee in the transport document, you cannot proceed with the replacement of the product.

Once you open the package, if the content has been damaged you have to confirm the complaint reported within 7 business days with:

– A registered letter to the CARRIER with a request to open a practice.

– The reporting Toppin Store customer service.

Receipt of client reporting, Toppin Store will provide to the carrier all required documentation.

To simplify and expedite the replacement does not reject the package, albeit damaged, and do not send back the goods without our permission.

All reports received after the deadline of 7 days will not be considered.


STOCK IS RELATIVE EXPENSES

If the Client has not the possibility of receiving the goods when it is ready, Email can inform road to us, indicating when we are able to send his order.

No stock cost is owed in these cases, provided that the signalling is sent BEFORE the forwarding of the order.

If the Client has not informed us before the forwarding, Toppin Store will become loaded with the first 3 days with stock, while the fourth day in ahead possible costs of stock they will be debited to the Client.

Also costs of stock owed to the unsuccessful respect of the rendezvous of delivery will be debited the Client with.
